Molly was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career when she was thirteen, at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production, for which she received the Barrymore Award nomination. This role she performed again as she made her Broadway debut at fifteen with Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was nominated for one of the nominees for a Drama League Award. Molly was also as a character in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. After graduating from Princeton University, where she was awarded the degree of B.A. in Religion and was a Triangle Club member, Molly attended Princeton University. In 2008, she graduated with a B.A. At this time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly has been in Off-Broadway shows, including End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. In addition, she appeared in television programs like Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly was a part of regional plays like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's production and North Shore Music Theatre's production of 2008 and the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank where she played Anne. Molly's best-known performance is that of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) as Ali her teenage daughter. Molly also appeared in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and starring Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
