Ava August

Ava August was 14 when she did a show at Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles with a SOLD crowd. It was the time when Los Angeles Kings were playing professional hockey. Ava August had been booked by both The Los Angeles Galaxy as well as Los Angeles Dodgers, two professional teams in baseball and soccer. But COVID-19 compelled them to cancel the reservations. Ava August, at the 15 years old, became one of the youngest contestants and judges for American Idol Season 19. Ava was presented with the GOLDEN Tickets during the Audition Round. She then advanced to the Genre round, Duet Round, Showstopper round, Celebrity/Solo, Top 16 and the top 10 rounds. Ava was chosen to be in the TOP 10 by the American audience. Ava August sang on American Idol two originals - Neighbor Boys and Ghost of You. Ava performed an exhilarating duet with internationally acclaimed celebrity musician, Josh Groban. Ava August was 15 when she released her first single. Ava August released critically acclaimed single"Daybreak" Daybreak with a video. It was also accompanied by her debut animated lyrical music video. On 11/01/20, Daybreak was played by KX 93.5 FM with The Tropical Surf Hour.
